I have sent out the cut form, a man call back after 1 week, but his behaver is so bad, just offer the same 1 year plan @$67/ month, I ask if they have $55 plan, he said no, then I said never mind. One week again , I received a confirmation letter saying that they accept my request of cutting the line when finish the contract. Just two days before, I call 1000 again, another lady check for me and can offer the $55 plan now, together with gift.
