I recently got the cheque from Hang Seng for my 3 year (8 year matured) express wealth life insurance policy.

Premium originally paid by me was $116,000. The cash value is $134,000 and accumulated dividend & interest is finally set at $1,000. This means that Hang Seng gave me 0.1% per annum only over past 8 years. What a fxxk off!!!

Can we file a complaint to Monetary Authority / Consumer Council / Insurance Authority against Hang Seng for their misstatement?
