*They will open a wechat group with the manager and desinger together for each client for the update and progress report
*Response speed is fast, normally within 30 mins
*I paid the deposit of 1000hkd on taobao first and they arrange a "c fu"to my house for measurement, I guess they arrange "c fu" for me because the c fu was conincidentlly near my new flat, i remember they told me they normally charge for that
*They gave me a sketch within 1 day after the measurement
*optional: I choose not to pick the material and colour over the phone, so I made a trip to their shop and confirmed all the design there and paid the full amount
*2 big stuffs arrive my home few days earlier they promised and finished the installation on the same day
*All in all, it was a very impressive and happy shopping experience, very lucky!
