我想問你點樣做proof of relationship？老公舅父在加拿大，我睇過要proof 佢地關係好煩，似乎要三張出世紙（舅父，99，老公），仲要比proof of residency and status， 例如住屋證明，passport copy. 問人咁多私人資料又唔知申唔申請到。我地放棄依五分。
I am in the process of information gathering also.
I am lucky that I got the required reference letters with the information CIC needs from my employers already.
However I don't know why it takes so long for HKU to mail the transcripts to WES. I requested the transcript on 16 Jul and HKU posted by air mail on 27 Jul but WES doesn't get it yet.
For IELTS, I will take the test on 16 Aug. I need 19 points for language to have 67 points in sum. I don't see any problem in Reading and Listening...but really don't know what will happen in speaking and writing. Need some luck!
Hopefully I will get the report frome WES before the results of IELTS. So, I can have my application mail to CIC in early Sep.
I applied ECA from WES on 14 JUL, request transcript from university on 15 JUL. WES just received all documents yesterday. The estimated completion date of my report is: September 2, 2014??!! Totally sucks!!
So if I am lucky enough. WES will get all my documents before the coming weekend and I will get my report in mid-Sep.
Oh no. It takes much longer then what I expected.
Hi Edutm, we have to try our best to use English not Chinese in the forum. Hopefully our English will improve a little bit. Sigh.
My hubby got wes result already. But now, HR will not issue an Employment Letter w job duties. While his boss is willing to do so but in a plain letter. I m so worried whether those letters are enough for job approval.
My company refused to give me those letter when I asked in person.
However, I wrote an email later on and cc to all people in the related department.
They agreed to give me that letter latter on.
So if your husband does not try to ask them in black and write, it's worth a try.
When things become formal, may be the ppl in his company will change their mind.
One more point, I drafted a reference letter and sent to the related personnel in my company.
They refused may be only because they feel it is troublesome. You try to write a template yourself and may be some one will help in the company.
Remark: My employer is a big company with staff more then 1000.
So I get things done when I made them formal.
