Mine has only email about the Medical and Police Clearance (in which it states what you will need if you stay out of HK for over 6 months since 18 years old).
1. You don't need to mail the medical receipt as HK is under e-Medical, your designated doctor will upload all your information and medical results onto their system(e-Medical) once the med check is complete.
2. For police clearance, although they didn't ask. It is always good to send the receipt to them for record once you have the police check done.
3. I had all my photos submitted at the time of application so they didn't ask about that at the stage you're at (Maybe you don't have enough number (I remembered they need 6 photos per person at the time of application) or your photo don't meet their size requirement). What I would suggest is that you follow their instruction and submit it again.
4. For the IMM form, it says "IF IT IS APPLICABLE", so if you feel that you don't need to update some info. (residential address, immigration representatives are the most important data as I understand) don't do it. They will ask the specific document they need if they really need it.
