My maid is not good, I don’t want to pay her more than the lowest price I can pay.
If her last day is 26/2/2011 and she asked for money rather then ticket (since she will find another employer):
1. Can I pay her the price of a ticket dated 28/2/2011?
2. Can I refer the price of a ticket without checked in baggage (i.e. allow hand-carry only)?
3. She knows it needs to give us discount if get money rather than ticket, but she never mentioned it before. When I told her this after she requested few times, she said she knew and the discount is $100. I told her no la, the discount was much more, should be around 30% (actually I am not sure if it is the general discount, just want to 大佐距先). So I want to know what is the general discount?
4. Can I only pay the ticket price to JAKARTA (her nearest airport is Surabaya) + $100 (allowance) with this discount?
6. How should I write down on the receipt for her signoff?

7. Any other things needed to take note?
I phoned the Labour Department twice. Both staff said I could use cash tor eplace the air ticket. Clause 7a says "free air passage" but didn't state the form, it can be cash or ticket.
I finally asked when the maid wanted to go so we booked Cebu Pacific....as she is a broken contract maid. No matter whether she can find a new employer or not, she still needs to exit back to her country of origin.
