Anyone who have an disabled childen ever employ an indonesia maid called KOMARIYAH SUHUDIN, within 2003-2005. Also anyone had employed another Indonesia maid called ENDY ASIH SURATNO, which had been worked for the same employer for 4 years. I have to choose within one of them, I am very anxious as my child have speech delay and he needs much care, thank you.

If these interviewees are not able to provide the contact of their past employers, I suggest you NOT to consider them!

Actually, I afriad that even they allow me to contact their past employer, I cannot check whether he/she is the real employer or pretend by other people.

Agree ! We can't verify whether they are true employer over the phone.

至於假扮舊老闆,其實要踢爆都唔難:

如果 agent 俾個男僱主你,你夜晚同佢講幾句就話要同佢老婆講,因為女僱主清楚啲,agent 未必揾到一對 couple 嚟扮;佢俾個女僱主你,講完就話要問埋個男嘅,夾一夾口供; 佢地冇可能針對唔同僱主需要, 記得咁多嘢去講。千祈唔好覺得煩,或者以為咁係煩,commercial firm請人,都會咁做,只係保障自己!
- interview
個工人時,响佢和僱主嘅生活細節上攞多少少料,例如問佢僱主有冇供應洗頭水俾佢,係セ牌子,自己有冇得任揀?如果係僱主供應,咁僱主自己是否用同一牌子?咁 check reference 時咪可以對吓睇吓有冇出入!因為始終佢地同一間屋住,除非間屋好大,否則冇理由唔知。

如果佢前僱主有細路,亦可以問啲接送放學細節甚至食餸口味, 如鍾意煑乜等。
- agent
如果真係揾人扮僱主,係針對你想知個工人做成点,所以一開始要避問呢類「做得好唔好」嘅問題,可以叫佢例舉三個優点三個缺点,如果係假扮答缺點時就一定答得慢d同唔暢順,但一個人点會冇缺点!
- interview
工人時唔好俾 agent 嘅人响度,免得佢地知道你問咗d 乜,然後揾人夾口供!
