I think that most of the world's impetuous people are people who are in adolescence, or who have no jobs and no family. Most adolescent children are ignorant and rebellious, while those who have no work and no family have a weak sense of being. They are not noticed in ordinary life and are ignored. So when they have the opportunity to express themselves, they will definitely stand up and do something to satisfy their inner emptiness and loneliness. Maybe they just want to find a sense of existence, but they don't know it.
