My maid is not good, I don’t want to pay her more than the lowest price I need to pay.
If her last day is 26/2/2011 and she asked for money rather then ticket (since she will find another employer):

1. Can I pay her the price of a ticket dated 28/2/2011?
2. Can I refer the price of a ticket without checked in baggage (i.e. allow hand-carry only)?
3. She knows it usually needs to give us discount if get money rather than ticket, but she never mentioned it before. When I told her this after she requested few times, she said she knew and the discount is $100. I told her no la, the discount was much more, should be around 30% (actually I am not sure if it is the general discount, just want to 大佐距先). So I want to know what is the general discount according to other mami's experience?
4. Can I only pay the ticket price to JAKARTA (her nearest airport is Surabaya) + $100 (allowance) with this discount?
6. How should I write down on the receipt for her signoff?
6. Can I only print the ticket price screen as references?
7. Any other things needed to take note?

我o係呢邊答你啦。
1.可以，但你都知道佢係會留o係香港搵employer，咁即係隨時有機會因為佢o係14日內搵唔到新僱主想拖長時間而走去玩野告你。所以我覺得縱使佢地有幾衰都好，做好晒我地僱主應該做應該比既保護自己先係最緊要。我建議你呢度比張14日open ticket佢，到時佢走唔走已經唔關你事，你已經有責任地提供左充裕時間既機票佢走。
2.都係果句"保護自己"，我知你好嬲個工人，嬲到連$1都唔想蝕比佢，但如果唔係差好多錢既話我就唔建議你咁做，雖然法例上冇要求到比一張咩類型既機票佢，但若然touchwood講句，佢走去告你既時候，我相信你提出呢d簽收証據既時候唔多唔少都會o係個官心目中扣左d分。
3.我就覺得唔好出錢代機票，如果出錢既話你會出cheque定cash，cheque係會穩陣過cash，cash佢隨時會話冇收過，話你逼佢簽收既，出cheque起碼都會有紀錄佢兌現左你張cheque先。問題來喇，如果佢offer個discount比你，而你又出cheque比佢，咁即係機票個數係會少左，而呢個數應該係冇理由可以買到一張機票既，既然係咁不如出張機票比佢唔使煩，你比錢佢就即係比佢賺，仲有比佢知道唔係佢想點就點。其實冇話general discount係幾多，只要個工人肯接受個數目簽收左你有提供過機票就得，我以上所講既只係incase個工人玩野走去告你，如果你咁做我驚你會比個官扣分姐。
4.如果近佢果個機場既機票同去耶加達既機票價錢唔係差好遠既話就不如出番近佢個機場架啦，因為如果你出耶加達既話佢去到之後又要轉其他交通工具先返到佢個原居地，咁變相o係交通津貼同埋膳食果條數你要加大番比佢。
5.之前我炒過2個工人，我一共有5份文件比佢簽，包括一張列明晒你出比佢所有既數目或物件(例如由幾時到幾時既人工、大假錢、膳食及交通津貼，同埋會有一張機票等等...)。一張係o係入境處download既form(id407e)通知佢地你會同個工人終止合約(呢份form雖然工人果份唔使我地寄，但我都會叫佢簽一份copy留底，僱主果份我地就最好自己寄唔好倚賴agent)。一張証明佢已經收晒你比佢各樣既錢同埋機票。一封terminate信。因為我當時係出eticket比佢，所以都有叫佢o係eticket上面簽。以上我所講既文件最好就要佢簽左名之後打埋手指模作實，所有簽收文件交收錢銀既時候全個過程最好影埋video。
6.都可以，你可以print左之後叫佢o係上面簽名，但如果你叫佢比offer你咁我就唔知點喇。
以上呢d都係我自己既個人意見同埋資料，如果有錯漏，歡迎指教。

如工人完約日是31/3 ，買機票日期是31日之後的14日(即14/4) 正確嗎? 如14/4沒有機回印尼，這樣應該買幾多號的機票? (如機票訂在過留香港期14日後可以嗎?)

請問你可否比我相關的5份文比sample 給我參考..

Actually, I really do not very like my maid. She did many things that made me unhappy and hate. But 我
一直容忍，since she is good to my son (2 yrs old), ok for basic housework （after I set a very low expectation）and I want to keep a stable and harmonic environment for my family. So 表面上I keep a not bad relationship with her. I only blame her seriously when she does some wrong things that have great problem. Furthermore, she still needs to work till 26/2/2011 (I also need her to work till this contract end day since my new maid has not yet come) and my son is on her hand, so I agreed her request of getting money rather than ticket.

So I want to know if I can refer to the price of a fixed date (within 14 days after last working day) ticket for the payment? If she sign for me that she has accepted this payment rather than ticket, she still can 告得我入? I heard other bk mami said we could only pay her the ticket to Jakarta + 1 or 2 day allowance ($100 per day) no matter where she lives in Indo, and this approach is legal, right?

BTW, would you pls send me your 5 doc samples. Are your ex maids印印 or賓賓? It bores me since most of the related docs, ticket price info, etc I found are English but my 印印 cannot read. How should I do?

我同你好相似.....一直容忍工人，為了佢死了好多細胞，同老公仍有好多arugments ，好唔值???

就快完約，希望根法例避免任何責任.......請工人真麻煩.....

唔係第14日既機票呀, 係31/3後14日內都可以飛走既ticket呀, 即係open ticket, 唔好指定某日呀....

文件果度我暫時比唔到你住呀，因為我呢排攪緊新屋啲野所以好少返屋企，你可以去勞工處或入境處個網參巧下佢地部份既sample先啦。至於印尼文有啲僱傭公司都有印尼文既sample你可以去搵下。
其實法例上就冇話唔司以用錢代替機票，只不過錢係冇記認，如果佢告起你話冇比機票佢就會麻煩啲去proof証據，到時就要睇下個官信邊個喇。
