Direct hire means you have a specific domestic helper in mind (like relatives recommended by your current helper or friends). Of course need to hire through agency and that's why we need to know the cheapest agency to use 'cause no need to choose among strangers. we only need the agency to do all the necessarily paperwork to get the specific helper to HK.
