- Limit no. of baby/children: 20 (Additional children over the limit of 20 require an additional charge of HK$100 each) *大人人數不限
- A HK$500 non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is due the day of the party.

Run Down 3:00 to 3:45pm 遊戲時間 by JWT party hosts (45分鐘)

We just fixed the date with JWT, Jan 17, 2010 (Sun).
For those of you on the confirmation list, please let me have your final confirmation by e-mail "[email protected]" (if you haven't do so) (pls send me your email/tel/name/no. of participants) before Dec 11, 2009, so, I can finalize the participants list and collect payment from you and arrnage payment to JWT in mid-Dec.
If I didn't get your email latest on Dec 11, 2009, then, I'll assume you cannot join the party and your seats will be replace by family on waitlist.
For the date, I just checked with JWT and confirm we won't able to get dates in Dec, so, properly, our party will be in Feb 21.
And, sorry to tell I cannot find another member willing to be the second party host, so, only one party will be arranged. Thus, please send me your contact info, so, I can record down for further communications on the party update. As JWT didn't ask me to pay now, so, I'll hold until Jan and will contact you for payment.
For those mama in waitlist, if someone give up their seats, I'll contact you to fill up, I'll sorry that there is 2nd party but I already try my best to coordinate... (the below please find my latest list).
JWT rental $2900/20 = $145 + $100 per family on food
and, additional kid for each family will be charged extra $100
Remarks: Refer to JWT’s policy, all babies & children will go to the playground will be charged, so, for those who will come with 1B1C you will be charged for double.
