please see my temp as below and kindy answer my questions:
1. Please tell me am i had ovulation?
2. Am my Temp is too low?
3. am I have chances to bingo this cycle?

1. According to your record, ovulation probably occured on 12/3 becuase your temps have risen since 13/3 and stayed elevated for the days after.

2. The actual temps are less important than noting two levels of temperatures before and after ovulation (i.e. lower temps followed by higher temps after ovulation).

3. If 12/3 was the day of ovulation, you of course have a chance to get bingo as you timed "DO DO" in the fertile time of your cycle (i.e. the day immediately before ovulation and the day of ovulation).

Wish you bingo in this cycle la!

但你先前有否用量體溫及David paper呢？會否今次捉的時機比較準呢？我想一切已經準備妥當，爭在sperms生唔生性！嘻！祝bingo！

其實我用ｄ仔己經成年，只係最近三個月先量體温，所以我的信心也不大！因為有太多次的失望了。

不過總希望今次可以成功的，希望神幫我啦！

大家好, 這是我近3日的体温,雖然一日, 一日增加但完全沒有胸脹及肚谷, 是否又失敗了, 請教??

(今朝用D仔排卵棒, 机乎沒有第二條綫)

希望以下資料可幫到你, 我覺得你係13/3-14/3 日係排EGG日,你應該係連續10/3-17/3內用D仔CHECK, 會準D.

婦女基礎體溫,Basal body temperature（BBT）連續不間斷的睡眠達六-八個小時以上，清晨由熟睡中醒來，尚未運動、進食前所測得的體溫，稱為基礎體溫。
如何測量及判讀BBT
1. 量體溫的時間必須在每天早晨剛睡醒，還沒有起床活動之前就予以測量。
2. 使用BBT專屬體溫計，每格為0.05℃，置於舌下3至5分鐘，記錄結果。
3. 必須每日不間斷地測量，並排除感冒或其他會使體溫上升的因素。
4. 一般有排卵的體溫，排卵後會較排卵前高出0.3℃以上，排卵前稱做低溫期，排卵後稱做高溫期。
5. 若某天體溫比低溫平均線超過0.3℃以上，且持續三天以上就表示有溫度上升的高溫期出現。
6. 排卵一般發生在體溫持續上升前的低溫那天，但是有24至48小時的誤差。
7. 配合超音波診斷將可更明確評估排卵日期。
8. 市面上販售的排卵驗尿試劑也可用來配合基礎體溫偵測排卵日。
婦女在排卵之後，黃體素（Progesterone）上升，當黃體素上升超過4ng/ml時，會刺激下視丘的體溫調節中樞，釋放出正腎上腺素使體溫升高0.3℃-0.5℃，高溫期會維持到黃體素的濃度下降，月經來潮為止。

婦女基礎體溫表的應用，就是藉由偵測黃體素這種升高體溫的作用，來判斷排卵是否發生，因為只有經過排卵，才會有黃體素升高的現象。同時，黃體期的長短，可以用來評估卵巢的功能，一般而言，高溫期應該會超過12天才算是正常的卵巢功能。如果高溫期在11天以下，有可能是黃體功能不足 ( Luteal Phase Defect LPD)。

Thank you very much for your information!

Actually I was check the ovulation by david strip from 9/3 till 16/3, but I found that the line disapper (very thin line) since 13/3.

In fact I really worried that I haven't get ovulation? since my temperature not really high enough!

I also worry I have 黃體功能不足 since my temperature cannot keep in high level! ( Today my temperature is down to 36.5 C)

I hope we will have a baby very soon!

24/3: 36.70 (Check D strip with no 2 line)

25/3: 36.68

I start to have 胸脹及肚谷 since 23/3, I think my "M" is coming!

I think I am fail again. In every cycle my temp will keep in high level in 16 days then it will drop and my "best friend --Miss M" will come to visit me .

Also I only have 胸脹 with my 乳頭 with NO 發大 and NO pain.

如果你係13/3出現淺線..應該係13/3-14/3排EGG...我今個CYCLE..DAY 18早上CHECK仍未排EGG..d仔係白雪雪的...到晚上再check已排egg..是雙深線..到day 19早上check仍是雙深線...因為排egg只有24-48hr...所以如果estimate係排egg日..可以早晚都check...否則miss 左就唔抵. 一日未來m...一日都重有機會..唔好心灰..如果有月經來..即是有排卵...所以你唔好咁擔心..可能只是強弱的問題..你有冇睇中醫調理身體?
