見到Manchester 有好多盤在hk 發售，想問下，Manchester second hand market 其實活躍嗎？

Agent 話active, 但想聽下大家意見，因rental guarantee gross 7% and net rental guarantee 5.4%, seems quite attractive.

有沒有website 大家可推介去看看Manchester second hand market transaction.
