I got approval and plan to land 2017.
Two sons 2 & 7 years old.

If you were me, which place 1)Takapula 2)Howick 3)Hobsonville point you will choose?

My sister 曾經住 Glenfield / Takapula 那邊，現正在住 Howick / Botony Down / Dannemora 那邊。

他們的評論是後者中國餐廳比較多， shopping 比較方便，較多 chinese food 賣。

When select house 與價格， apart from district ，接不接近 shopping center ，房的材料 (brick Vs Plaster) ， etc 也需要注意。 (DO NOT BUY house made by Plaster) 。

I'm living in North Shore now. I think Takapuna is like a business centre of the North Auckland (A lot of government office, big companies and high-end restaurants) The area is beautiful and nice but the houses are relatively more expensive than other nearby areas.

I'm not familiar with 2 & 3.
