Very Convenient, Airport Bus stop right at the hotel,

If you stay at New Hankyu Annex, then you need to walk around 3-5 minutes, the room is tidy, clean but small.

Room very small but convenience . There is a Limousine bus terminal nearby and near Osaka Umeda station .

how about facility? the comments the hotel quite old and air conditiioning is weak and room is full of smoking smell

地點超級方便，我上次自己一個住non smoking room，冇煙味。間房小小舊，但可接受。

地點就very good
房細，可能只可以用三星來比喻

i stayed there last week. air conditoning is not weak, but there are only 3 buttons (high, medium, low) to adjust the temp

the room is pretty old and it seems there is no ventilation at the washroom

but the location is excellent.

the hotel is well connected to JR, metro, yodobashi, lucca, Hankyu at B1.
