Those American restaurtant can definitely fulfull your criteria, e.g. Dan Ryan, Rudy Tuesday, Amaroni Little Italy etc. They have kids manu and even little toys for them.

We went to Dan Ryan for christmas meal every year, the place in TST is small and crowdy but full of christmas atmosphere.
