只係當買餸一日三餐當20蚊計，都140蚊一週。

咁咪一佰一個星期唔洗？ 13蚊一日。一二日13一日都唔難。但日日都係就難s. 有時煲一次煲湯都要十蚊。

只係買餸，定話包埋日用品？
你真係要教吓我係邊度買嘢咁經濟。

可能你兩個大人，所以係食要求無咁大。
我兩大兩細，only grocery 每星期都要2百幾，未計出外食。有時grocery要成3百幾per week.
我都有隻狗，還未計佢食，flea control, 蟲藥，同睇vet.

其實點生活？
一家四口租都700。食300。電話上䋞，gas 電水。最小1200-1500 per week

要慳梗用方法。你可以樣樣買超市牌，肉等特價先買，唔減價唔賣，家電only買kmart牌 (利申:我都好鐘意行Kmart (emoji))樣樣慳住慳住。

無特別睇你條link,不過睇張圖佢煮個份pasta,一定唔係less than $10。佢份雞，起碼最平最平$7， pasta當佢$1，枝thicken cream起碼2蚊 (應該唔至)，所以less than $10應該唔得。
其實有時係屋企煮下米粉，食下湯烏冬都唔使$10。但當有小朋友就好難餐餐咁食。同埋始終香港人，喜歡食家常菜，一餐會有幾個餸，有時還煲老火湯。就算係屋企食平dd, 但有時真係好悶，出下街食，一出街食又60，70，條數又拉均番。
每星期仲要預備， lunch, snack, fruits比小朋友返學。呢到都要幾十蚊。

Recently we bought 2 chickens (whole chicken) at Coles @6.5each . Each weight about 2.3-4kg, Am sure it can feed the whole family up to 2-3 days. You can debone them and cook in many ways. Go to local veggies store to get the vegetables & fruits. It's much more cheaper than those in supermarket. And yes,groceries in ALDI are relatively cheaper , yet quality is good.
Btw, "特價先買，唔減價唔賣" this is the rule

Flea control & 蟲藥 when it's needed (sometimes I made my own natural flea control products)
My dog is 15 years old already , I recall he only visited the vet 2 times only (Once was he loose his nail accidentally & the other was he has neck problem which senior dog used to have)

你無同你隻狗每年去vet打vaccines ??? 呢到每隻狗有本record,紀錄隻狗每年打在咩 vaccines 。當然你可話唔打都無人知。我知係香港好多主人都無幫狗狗打預防針。但如果無打齊，放假送隻狗去kennel, kennel係唔收，唔幫照顧隻狗。

蟲藥每3個月要食一次，有事先食，到時狗狗可能已出事. 澳洲沿岸地方ticks好多，成日attacks 狗狗，所以住沿岸地方除flea還要同狗狗預防ticks。每年澳洲好多狗死於ticks bite.

當然呢d都唔一定做，做如果真係想隻狗好，呢d唔可以慳。所以好多人話澳洲養狗仲貴過養人。

Of coz he had vaccines and also got chip with him.We also paid registration fee for him and renew when is needed. Frequent Vaccines is necessary for puppies and for senior dogs, a booster at one year and then boosters every three years. For ticks/fleas, he did got it few times but it's easy to get rid of. You don't actually need to use flea/ticks control regularly as some of them are poison.(That's also the reason why I made homemade remedies) What's more, shower your dog regularly is very important

i think it is a bit out of the topic now.My thought is if someone has a dog/pet, it is very important to take him to the vet for a regular check up and to have core vaccines every year. So having a pet will cause additional expenses for the family.
