A Japanese Credit Card Company located in Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking for :
Assistant Account and Administration Manager (21K-23K)
Requirements :
- Diploma in Accounting or above
- 5 years full set accounting, HR support or office administration experience
- Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance
- Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Chinese
- Be positive, diligent, agile and mature
Duties :
- Responsible for all accounting aspects including full set of accounts, month-end closing, annual audit and budgeting, etc
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR affairs and Office Administration
- Responsible for System Administration and Assist Manager in Implementation of Information Security
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
