9am wake up and breastfeed

1 - 3:30pm nap time with breast feed
4pm I feed him for one bowl congee while he uses spoon to eat egg white cheese or fruit
7pm noodles with fruit
9:30-10pm 5oz formula plus breastfeed to sleep
