Waterloon is Not a nice residential environment. If you like zone 1, I would prefer the other side of the river such as Westminster, many apartments along Victoria Street, Marsham Street, There is a new development just outside of St James park station. Obviously prices are lot more. Otherwise I would consider zone 3-4 like Colindale as better living environment and community.
