請問你申請Permanent resident travel document時需要提供什麼特別證明文件？我是PR但沒有PR card,spouse亦不是PR或公民，現想帶女兒回加讀書，女兒打算用international student身份到加拿大讀private school, 我想申請PRTD入境但又擔心申請被rejected

你有冇試過apply eTA 先呀？因為曾聽有人試過，雖然曾是PR又冇PR card ，佢都可申請到eTA.如果可apply 到eTA, 就緊係用特區䕶照入境當visitor 入啦！！因如你apply PRTD, 你要prove 在過往5年內最起碼有730天在加生活，如果冇，你又要有合理解釋。如冇合理解釋，我想佢未必會發PRTD比你。我想咁你唯有apply cancel 你個pr 身份了。之後就可apply eTA陪呀女入境了！
得幾個exception 係可容許fulfil 唔到這residency obligations ，而又會比你apply 番張PRTD, 而可以入到加拿大境的(accompanying with Canadian citizen or permanent resident or employment outside Canada).但這張PRTD 都係比你入一次境的，once time only.

謝謝你回覆，我研究過申請PRTD的手續，但我根本達唔到要求，可能真係要試下申請eTA

我有pr status但冇pr card, 一直以為以前未住夠年期所以冇咗pr㗎。但我父母妹妹喺呢邊住夠入埋籍，所以我近呢十年都間唔中拎特衰護照去加拿大探佢哋，後來要eta先可以入境，我又申請到喎。

咁而家我返咗嚟，已經住夠3個月，考咗車牌筆試又申請到張health card.

你試吓申唔申請到eta啦，或者經美國陸路入境，到咗加拿大就你贏㗎啦，住夠返年期申請pr card, 之後再入籍啦。

係呀！我都話聽有些人講過，係有可能申請到eTA入境的。我當初都有試apply eTA 入境，但好唔好彩就比佢reject咗，要我用PR card 入境！所以我才研究怎樣才可入到境呢，因綢上都唔係好多人知道怎申請PRTD! 有些人都話可經美國境入，但要搏一搏，所以都冇試。

多謝你回覆！你情況同我相似，我媽咪和妹妹都入咗籍好耐，聽到你個case都令我有返d信心，希望我都可以申請到eTA.

另外，想問沒有PR card可以點樣考車牌和申請health card? 同埋有無人知道若果我能順利入境，女兒係咪都可以即時做PR, 以PR身份讀書？

你應該有land紙，用land紙可考車牌及申請health card, health card係入境日計起3個月之後effective

女唔會有pr, 我都有小朋友，我而家等自己個pr status confirm咗（即係自己住夠二年申請返pr card)或入咗籍先申請家庭團聚，或者等其他媽媽解答有冇更好辦法。

至於eta申請方面，因為我係2016年嗰時整嘅，詳情唔係好記得，但佢問你嘅嘢，你應如實作答，因為呢度好重視誠信，千祁唔好講大話。

如果驚eta有風險唔批，可經美國嗰邊陸路入加拿大。

要去有full service嘅service ontario先申請到health card，可網上搵返邊間近屋企有full service

申請health card 要有以下3樣文件：
1. Citizenship/immigration/eligible status - land紙/pr card
2. Ontario residency (name and address) - 加拿大車牌 / bank statement之類 mail copy, 不接受e statement
3. Identity (name and signature) - passport

Sin card我以前land時已有，所以不清楚

Hi, my situation is similar to you. I got the Land paper, expired SIN and health card. I landed in 1994. May I know your procedure to renew the expired SIN and Health card? Were you legal to work in Toronto before getting the PR card? Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for the information. I got the Land paper, ETA (I got it 4 years ago) expired SIN and health card. I landed in 1994 with my parents, stayed for around 6 months and went back to HK.

Seems there is no expiry of SIN. So, are you legal to work in Canada before getting the PR card? And have you seeked the advice from attorney during the PR status confirmation process.Thanks.

其實如果你申請到ET A，應該有五年嘅時間，咁你可以試吓過嚟多倫多攞返黎你嘅身份，只要你入到境，然後喺度居住兩年，兩年後申請PR卡，一般一年後你會收到。
SIN 卡是沒有expiry date .我九七年Land .14 年回多倫多，當我找到工作後，照樣給顅主我的SIN 卡，是完全沒有問題的，然後三個月後申請Health card.第一次申請可能有小小問題，如果職員有疑問的話，你再試試其他分店。

我們之前Land 了，然後回香港，十幾年後想再回來，你們不用side 錢問所謂律師或移民顧問，他們的答案一定是你已經沒有了身份你要重新再申請，如果你問加拿大移民局，他們要你在香港的移民局申請一個正式的Visa才可以入境但是這個Visa他們一般是不批的。

Right. I was told I have lost my PR status until Oct 19, when the Gov. sent the letter to my Toronto home requesting me to vote for the prime minister. I did the research on the internet and found out that for my situation I can be back to Toronto if I have the ETA. I doubt if I enter Canada with a Travel visa, and stay there for more than 2 years, without challenge from the Immigration.

I got 2 children now. I do not want to leave them in Hong Kong. If I bring them to Toronto this way, it takes some years before they can get the PR status. My friend took around a year to start a business in Prince Edward Island and got the PR status for the whole family.

I was told I will be in trouble to apply ETA again (5 years). I got to make the decision soon.

PR 身分唔會無端端冇咗, 除非你入境時CBSA舉報你, 或者你自願放棄.

1. PR Card 過期就等於PR Status過期(X)PR Status不會過期, 只會喪失(自願或經過法定程序)

你想拎返身份就試下返嚟, 好似netnetyip住夠兩年再申請返PR card, 小朋友方面之後再想吧, 總有辦法.
