我有以下問題請大家幫忙解決

近日電腦突然跳出桌面，變成以下Ｅ段英文。

要再重新開始機後又回復正常，

Ｅ個問題已發生幾次

remove or disable components, restart your computer,
press T8 to select Advanced startup Options, and then
selcet safe mode

還有開機時會出了一段（BOOT ING不正確）

你要盡快把重要資料copy去手指或其他external既harddisk. 你個windows除時要重新裝過!

出現呢個問題之前, 你有冇裝過新hardware或software. 如果有既, 你可以把它解除安裝, 或者可能會冇事!

hardware或software有冇裝過唔清楚，請問除重新裝過外，有乜方法解決這個問題？
有勞詳細一點教我

Did you install any new hardware, which could be one of the problem or get a new power supply.

用windowsxp 安裝碟開機, 入到去安裝畫再選recover. 如果recover完都係咁, 就冇辦法!

如果重新安裝咁電腦仲有冇問題呢？

應該會冇問題, 因為你部機出現個core dump係定唔係碟或cpu既問題.

我都有同佢一樣嘅問題..
但我唔可以重裝windows,裝裝下windows又突然彈呢d英文,
重新開機load入window個時又彈?
咁係咪harward有問題?

唔一定係hardware問題! 好多時都係個windows系統既檔案花左. 所以, 可以試既方法係用windows裝機碟開機(boot), 再進入安裝話面,然後再選recover. 你既資料同已安裝既軟件都會保留到. 不過, 完成recover之後就要再裝返servicepark.
如果呢個法都唔得, 就要想辦法backup起所有資料, delete左個windows, 重新裝過!

但佢都唔俾我重新裝window,每次我重裝個時都彈佐去個藍底白字個d英文畫面~

Then, you have no choice to remove the old partition, and restarting the installation again.

明白, 咁你可以做既係將成個hd重新格式化(format)左, 先可以重新安裝!
