PM u for Ocean 700 tickets.
蠶室 to Alpensia cost 15,000 per one way, round trip is little bit cheaper. Bus is only available at 9:00 am.
If you want to take bus from Alpensia to airport, then you can take direct bus from Alpenisa resort - 8:35 am and around 12:30 (Cost 25,000 for adult). You can ask hotel for details.
From airport to 蠶室, I took KAL airport bus cost 15,000.
