I've placed order from the Hermes online shop and used my friend's address for delivery in Europe. However, they cancelled my order twice!

Doesn't any JM knows why and how can I place order again? Pls help

Coz u are not using the local visa, they identify ur overseas credit card. Try AE card

I had successfully purchased online several times with a HK credit card. I dun think the credit card is an issue.

Maybe the purchase has exceeded the quota?

What quota? They didn't mention quota. Just said system rejected the order and they needed to cancelled my order

For france and ireland h website, i used hk credit card and was successful. But us website rejected hk credit card.

And the cs would call me reminding about the quota. You can order 3 SLG within a certain months (can\'t remember).
