I did buy breastfeeding clothing at that time. I felt sort of cold if I just opened up all buttons in front to feed my boy. So I checked out from BK's 母乳餵哺資料庫 page and went to a shop selling bb things and breastfeeding clothes and bought a few. There're holes around the breast locations, but don't worry, they'll have flaps to hide them up so you can even wear them out. I particularly find them useful 'cos I need to pump in the office also. Earlier this year I called and checked the shop for a breastfeeding U mate of mine. Sad to find that they don't sell such clothing anymore !! 
I don't know whether my school mate had bought from other places or not. Let me call her up to ask tomorrow.
