Any tips on managing / reducing the flow of breastmilk? I just gave birth and the milk happened to fast and too much ...which my boos seem cant bear it.. thx

你可以試下挨後啲個身咁餵奶，咁啲奶唔會出得咁急，BB冇咁易濁到

至於太多奶量，可以試下凍敷下呀，同埋唔好刺激咁多，會越造越多奶㗎

你去咗健康院未呀？我之前啱啱生完，遇到一個非常好嘅母乳姑娘，佢幫我執BB嘴形，同埋解答咗我好多疑問，非常受用
