Much more affordable compare to richmond... suppose i would love to move back to richmond... but just to expensive and want to avoid the crowd... and not a long driving time...

How long is the driving time from T to Richmond?
Is T convenience for kind of essential shopping? Food and daily groceries?

Ummmm dependa which part in T u live... there is Tsawwassen mills....

Suppose i plan langley before but seems kinda far... hahahaha

There are more and more people moving to Langley because the house is more affordable compared with other cities in lower mainland. Since the Skytrain is going to extend from Surrey to Langley, I think the price of the condos and house is going to increase too.
