Yes, the diamond seems to be a good deal from the spec you just mentioned.
Since the diamond price had gone up rapidly, if this is something that you preferred, please go ahead BEFORE they change the price...
Price had gone up rapidly recently, and it is increasing EVERYDAY.
But a word of advise, H / VS2 is a combination that i don't prefer... I rather have Higher Color, Lower Clarity... eg. G, SI1, that's something that i prefer more, especially if the diamond is to be made as a RING.
If it is for earring or Pendant, than lower color is not an issue. However, if it is for ring purposes, i will suggest G color or above.
