Incoming call reception
Handle customer enquiries and service booking
Arrange daily job assignment for technicians and follow up
Assist in administrative duties
Assist in ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
F.5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience
Self motivate, customer oriented, positive attitude and pleasant personality
Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
High Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must
5.5 days work week with morning or afternoon shift on Saturday
Immediate available is preferred
