We are currently looking for quantity surveyor who is capable of performing the following tasks:
• Taking off quantities from tender drawings
• Assistingproject managersin pricing of tenders
• Valuation of variation works
• Application for interim payments and EOT
Candidates who meet the following requirements may be invited to attend an interview with our managing director:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in quantity surveying or related disciplines
• Have at least one year of related working experience
• Have good time management skills
• Have good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Have good computer literacy
• Can complete assigned tasks alone and independently
• Salary: Negotiable
