not sure if rule changed, in the past no need blood test or rabbies test as long as your dog got that shot already. But once in Canada, you need to bring him or her for chip injection and registration. I think Vancouver should be same as Toronto.
As long as the dog got the rabbies shot is fine but you need to bring that rabbies paper as the inspector will see it upon your dog's arrival. No other registeration is needed unless your city needs you to register your dog.
