I am very depress and helpless now. Because already
recieve the agent call about , the new maid I employ
already is not coming after I pay the $2400 tax and get
her visa! (she confirm can arrive HK within 2 weeks
before), what should I do now? can I ask the agent give me back the comission and tax? Is that any mistake
about the agent?

我之前都試過兩個BUN話來又唔來, 一個好似你咁有VISA先唔來, 最慘要由頭申請過新來再要等成個半月麻, 一個入了領事館又話都係唔來. 好似唔優做咁.
緊係損失只係香港僱住, 全部費用我們負責.

AGENCY啋你都有味, 她們只會說外庸唔來都無辦法, 跟著叫你請過新的但無拆扣, 因為錯不在AGENCY喎, 係外傭自己唔來, 她們責任已完喎, 所以我現在都不會呼AGENCY了, 亳無保障.
有乜事他們都會以身事外, 叫你們自己搞掂.

the agent is not clear explain, just tell me the Singapore
agent tell them she do not want to HK,(the maid still
working in Singapore now), because i just consider not to find other maid in this agent again, or employ the local
part time, or I quit the job, so i want they compensation. and in fact, I think this is the fault of the agent!

levy果2400問題唔大, 四個月內你再請新人, 可以將d錢過俾新果個....

至於agent, 十間有九間都唔肯退款架la.....

I can re-employ a new one within 2 years F.O.C. regardless of resignation and termination.

Would you pls pm me the name of the agent? Is it a famous one? My friend got the same experience, she hire 2 maids (exp in Singapore), none of them show up finally. My new maid will come in June, I hope it won't happen to me.......
