綜合vitamin for women (m前後吃一粒,即每個月一至兩粒)
肚痾食錯野時食益生菌
我不會日日吃,怕加重肝腎負擔⋯⋯study d recommended dosage based on 大隻d嘅人,我覺得食少d好d,但病時會吃 full dosage
