其實邊度係寫5年?
如果只係小朋友入籍 係咪三年就得? 我見section3(5) 係三年
令我有d亂 係咪理解錯?

did the agent said which laws and regulations refer to? we just want to know the details. We asked home office, they refer us to the MN1 guide.

I didn't know n ask. Have you applied yet? As the rules are changing all the time. Once u have make up ur mind, better take action

Spouse 一定係 5年;小朋友三年定五年視乎情況.問 home office 一定會叫你自己睇. 問 agent, OSIC approved 既.
