近來見多咗住Delta, 因為Richmond, Vancouver太多人樓太貴, 有冇Delta嘅朋友分享下

問過朋友話Ladner大部份白人住, 環境很好, 學校只有5-10%Chinese, 但位置較偏, 如要返工或買野都不太方便

thx! 我都問過下，都係good comment多，最大問題係得一條路出入，成日塞車

yea that's the reason we explore the north delta side instead of ladner but frankly I think the community seems to be nicer over at Lander.

Depends on whether you are looking into the Ladner side or North Delta. Lander gives me a feeling of small and nice quiet community but as said, there's pretty much only one route back to the city (up to richmond then to the Vancouver side). Messey tunnel seems to be "congested" for a lot of tge times during the day. I was once at Ironwood in Richmond around 2ish pm and traffic down to Lander is all congested already.

But if you are looking at north delta, its busier and depends on the area you are looking at...some of them could be quite old. on the good side, it has better transportation network allowing you to go back into the city center. And most shops/restaurants/supermarkets are located nearby on Scott.

Thanks for your detail comment. Do u know which public elementary school is good in North Delta? I just know Delta secondary is good in that area.
