yes, go to exchange money in Vietnam.for the data card, I bought one in Apliu street, $60 with tel number for calling Grab
The rainy weather will be started from May

I joined the tour to Ho chi Ming City many years ago. But I found more historic buildings in Ho chi Ming City.For Hanoi, the feeling is like Paris. & the Halong Bay is near Hanoi.

I read the blogs & decided to have seafood dinner in 'Be Man' restaurant which is highly recommended by the bloggers. & I found the seafoods were fresh & prices were reasonable. So many people there so better to reach before 6:30pm.

is the tour by coach? how long is the transfer to halong bay? I have been quoted with luxury tour , 70usd, they say it's 6 ppl limousine, only 2 hrs by highway
