There is no such report. But the critical factor is the school principal, especially for elementary schools.

I remembered many Korean students there. The school is relatively small compared to other high school in Richmond Hill or Marham.

Earl Haig High School 乎似成績只是一般。如果可以便找一些有IB program 的High School.
For example, Bay View Secondary School, St. Robert Catholic High School

No, the two high schools I quoted are public high schools with IB programs.
I can tell you many private school students end up going to public high schools with IB.
Besides, the private schools are mainly Chinese and Indians :)
You can find out when you drive there.
大部分西人can't afford private schools.
