Responsibilities:- Provide best-in-class quality service to programmed members in order to satisfy the needs and retain loyalty- Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally- Effectively identify members’ needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions- Summarize comments for service improvements
Requirements:-Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English, plus 1 year’s working experiences in customer/member service industry preferable- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in one other foreign language is an advantage- Good interpersonal and listening skills

Package:- 5-week comprehensive and structured training- 5-day work week (Shifted)- 14 days’ paid annual leave- Monthly Performance Incentive- Medical Coverage

Salary: $13,500 - $16,000

薪金: $13,500 - $16,000每週工作5天輪班 輪休
