Please be informed that the official website of K-ETA is www.k-eta.go.krand the application fee is 10,000 won per application (USD 9~10, excludingadditional fees). If you have paid more than the fee mentioned before, youmight have submitted your application via the private agency website thatimitates us, not via the K-ETA official website.

Recently, some private agencies (non-official K-ETA website) havebeen set up in the pretext of assisting with the K-ETA applicationcharging excessive additional fees for providing the service. Please note thatthe Government of the Republic of Korea has not appointed any agency for K-ETA applicationand the additional fee is neither regulated nor received by the government.

If the application was submitted via the private agency website, please contactthem to check if the fee you paid can be refunded. For your information, eventhough you request for the refund or request for the payment suspension to theprivate agency, there is no disadvantage for you re-applying for K-ETA viathe official channel (official K-ETA website (www.k-eta.go.kr) ormobile app (K-ETA)).
