The only place you can choose 羽絨 in HK is 羽絨 city at Silver Cord and Northface at Time Square. There is not much choice of Child's 羽絨 when compare with Adult's 羽絨 (from 500 fill "0oC to 10oC" to 900 fill "-20oC to 0oC and with many famous brand) in HK. Usually Child's 羽絨 is 500 to 600 fill "0oC to 10oC". I would recommend to buy a Northface (as other brand cost the same) at a larger size (so she can use it next year) plus a cheap cheap thick cotton filled coat (just fit).
