Do I need to release the urine before streaming a lobster? Going to cook for my c6 today for his birthday... But last minute my 99 said I need to release the urine.... But I don't see such procedure in Western cooking. What do I do?
Thanks all! I tried to poke the chopstick in its a**, but nothing came out... So I put it to steam quickly before it woke up. Luckily the lobster tasted excellent! !
