I heard of self organize playgroup, however I am not sure how to do that;
Is it a must to "hire" instructors, and what is the pros to have the instructor? or we can just organize a group and bring along different portable toys/gymset to let our babies explore/play.
anyone interested in forming one for the kowloon area?
