My baby is new born bb (10 days only). I am now using Aprica milk bottle (for new born NB). I found that the hole in the bottle mouth is small. It is around 1.5 second per drop. I try to test Avent and B-free milk bottle. It is almost the same. My baby need to spend 1 hour to finish 2 oz of milk... He look very hard to drink. Yesterday, I went to buy NUK bottle (1 for NB). I tested it again. I found that it is not a drop by drop. it is like a string of milk, very fast. my baby only spend 20 mins to complete 2 oz of milk. It seems that he can handle such milk flow. What is the problem? If it is my bottle design problem, should I use a pin to make a bigger hole in my Aprica milk bottle? or my baby like fast rate of milk? I think you need to change the milk bottle mouth into a bigger hole size. It's not good for your baby spending a long time to finish the milk. my baby is using Dr. Brown's thin bottle which is good.
